注浆技术在市政道路整治中的应用探讨

摘要:

根据对市政道路路基沉降整治的实例总结，介绍了工程概况、路基注浆原理、压力注浆参数确定、压力注浆施工流程，以及压力注浆加固路基时应注意的问题。结果标明，相比其他换填等路基处理方式，采用压力注浆更节约成本和时间，对道路封闭时间更短，可为黄土地区市政道路运用注浆技术处治路基病害提供技术参考。同时，对加快建设进度、控制投资、提高整治后工程质量有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:

According to the summarization of the settlement of municipal roadbed, the engineering situation, roadbed pouring principle, pressure pouring parameter determination and pressure pouring construction process, and the problems for attention in the pressure pouring reinforcement of roadbed are introduced. The result shows that compared with the other roadbed treatment methods such as replacement and filling, the use of pressure pouring method can more save the cost and time, and can shorten the closing time of road, which can provide the technical reference for the treatment of roadbed diseases of municipal roads in the loess regions by using the pouring technique. At the same time, it is very important to speed up the construction schedule, control the investment and improve the engineering quality after treatment.
