中小城市快速路网规划布局研究——以江苏省启东市为例

Study on Planning Layout of Expressway Network in Small and Medium Cities for Qidong City in Jiangsu Province

摘要:

经济发展迅速的中小城市面临着城市化区域快速扩张、汽车保有量不断增长、道路拥堵情况日益严重等问题，亟需预先规划快速路网。以江苏省启东市为例，对交通现状和规划进行了解析。从快速路网的布局、功能和规模等方面对国内外城市快速路网规划经验进行了总结。在此基础上系统性地介绍了启东市快速路网规划的规模与目标，对快速路网规划布局的两个方案进行了对比分析。最后综合考虑快速路网对城市主功能区的对外辐射集聚效应、对城市核心区的服务功能以及工程的可实施性，选择确定了快速路网的布局方案，并对具体的路网结构进行了介绍。

Abstract:

Small and medium-sized cities with rapid economic development are facing the problems of rapid expansion of urbanization area, continuous growth of car ownership, increasingly serious situation of road congestion and so on. There is an urgent need to plan the expressway network in advance. Taking Qidong City of Jiangsu Province as an example, the traffic status and planning of Qidong City are analyzed, and the planning experience of urban expressway network at home and abroad are summarized from the layout, function and scale of expressway network. On this basis, the scale and objectives of the expressway network planning for Qidong are systematically introduced, and two schemes of expressway network planning layout are compared and analyzed. Finally, by comprehensively considering the external radiation and agglomeration effect of the expressway network on the main urban functional area, the service function of the urban core area and the feasibility of the project, the layout scheme of the expressway network is selected and determined, and the specific road network structure is introduced.
