超浅埋暗挖隧道下穿次高压燃气管方案探究

    摘要:

    随着国内城市建设的规模扩大和早期城市管线无序建设的影响,城市隧道建设遇到越来越多的与管线近接施工和下穿等难题。结合深圳东部通道某标段施工实际工程案例,对隧道下穿燃气管的保护方案进行比选分析研究。该标段隧道上覆燃气管埋深约3.3 m,管底距隧道拱顶约4.3 m,隧道下穿该管线采用比选出的“管线改迁+悬吊保护”方案进行施工。在隧道进洞施工不理想的前提下,该方案仍能保证带气运营的次高压燃气管在悬吊保护措施的保护下正常运营。研究结果表明,比选出的“管线改迁+悬吊保护”方案是合理可行的,可供今后类似工程的施工设计借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the expansion of the scale of domestic urban construction and the impact of the disorder construction of urban pipelines at the early stage, there are more and more difficult problems in the construction of urban tunnels such as the constructions close to the pipelines and undercrossing. Combined with an engineering case in a bidding section of channel in the east of Shenzhen, the protection schemes of tunneling under a gas pipe are compared, analyzed and studied. In this bidding section, the buried depth of the gas pile overlying the tunnel in this bidding section is about 3.3m. The bottom of the gas pipe is about 4.3m away from the tunnel vault. The "pipeline relocation + suspension protection" scheme proposed after comparison is adopted in the process of tunneling under this pipeline. Under the premise that the tunneling construction is not ideal, the scheme can still ensure the normal operation of the sub-high pressure gas pipes operating with gas under the protection of suspension protection measures. The research results show that the "pipeline relocation + suspension protection" scheme proposed after comparison is reasonable and feasible, and can be used for the reference in the construction and design of similar projects in the future.
