    摘要:

    为保护城镇排水安全,基于污水处理厂建筑设计平面布置及功能设置的要求,我国部分污水处理厂综合楼的结构形式越来越趋向于复杂化、不规则化,并因此带来了结构设计中的超限问题。为了提高超限建筑工程的抗震可靠性和安全性,结构设计中应采用时程分析法进行多遇地震下补充计算等结构超限对策,并通过专项审查。结合工程实例,阐述了异形柱框架-剪力墙超限多层建筑在设计计算与分析中所采取的计算方法与措施。

    Abstract:

    In order to protect the safety of urban drainage and based on the requirements for building design plane layout and function setting of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), the structural styles of complex buildings in the partial WWTP of China tend to get more and more complicated and irregular. Therefore, the problems of exceeding limits are brought about in the structural design. In order to improve the seismic reliability and safety of over-limit construction projects, the time history analysis method should be used in the structural design to take the structural over-limit countermeasures of adding calculation under frequent earthquakes. And the special examination should be passed. Combined with an engineering example, the calculation methods and measures taken in the design calculation and analysis of the special-shaped column frame - shear wall over-limit multi-story buildings are mainly expounded.
