市域高速铁路顶管联络通道钢管节受力性能研究

    上海市域高速铁路盾构段拟采用机械法顶管施工联络通道。由于隧道埋深较大,开孔率过大不利于主线隧道受力状况,因此联络通道衬砌拟采用无加劲肋钢管节形式。为了确定不同管壁厚度条件下的管节形变和受力性能变化规律,以及最优管节厚度,采用Ansys软件进行分析,同时利用现行国家给排水工程规范,验算了钢管节稳定性。结果表明,相比较于常用的混凝土管节和钢混复合结构管节,无加劲肋钢管节能大大降低主线隧道开孔率。

    Abstract:

    The pipe jacking method is used for the construction of connection channel in the shield section of the municipal high-speed railway in Shanghai. Due to the large burial depth of tunnel, the excessive opening rate is harmful to the stress state of the main line tunnel. Therefore, the lining of connection channel is to be in the form of steel pipe segments without stiffener ribs. In order to determine the segment deformation and the variation rule of mechanical properties under the condition of the different pipe wall thicknesses, and to determine the optimal segment thickness, the software Ansys is used for analysis. At the same time, the stability of steel pipe segment is checked by the current national codes for water supply and drainage engineering. The result shows that compared with the common concrete pipe segment and steel-concrete composite structural pipe segment, the steel pipe segments without stiffener ribs can greatly reduce the opening rate of the main line tunnel.
