随着海口市近几年来的快速发展，大量人流涌入城中，使得城区区域不断向外扩张，现有的基础设施条件已不能满足人们的需要。特别是许多老城区的基础设施严重老化，严重影响了城市整体面貌。因此，对其进行改造提升已迫在眉睫。

Abstract:

In order to enhance the traffic capacity of Haikou City and improve the image of the city, the disease status and treatment scheme of the municipal roads in Haikou are classified and expounded according to the types of old pavements and the different types of diseases in Haikou. And the different asphalt pavement reconstruction schemes are compared.
