    摘要:

    某城市高架桥梁中等宽段下部结构采用双柱墩连接分节预制盖梁。针对工程项目及其盖梁结构特点,通过合理的总体规划,让所有的双柱分节盖梁能够共用一套模板,节约总工程造价。在分节盖梁计算过程中,重点考虑了接缝位置受力状态与承载能力,针对接缝剪压区抗剪承载能力验算过程中不收敛的问题,分析了不收敛的原因,并提出合理的验算思路。针对分节盖梁的横向拼装施工,设计了两个钢盖梁作为施工过程中的临时横梁,降低了施工中横向拼装的施工难度,节约了临时措施的建造成本。

    Abstract:

    The substructure of an urban viaduct is a double-pier connected segmental prefabricated bent cap. According to the characteristics of the project and its bent cap structure, through a reasonable overall planning, all double-column segmental bent caps can share a set of formwork, which can save total engineering cost. In the calculation process of segmental bent cap, the stress state and bearing capacity of joint position are mainly considered. In view of the problem of misconvergence in the checking calculation of shear bearing capacity of joint shear compression zone, the reason of misconvergence is analyzed, and a reasonable checking calculation idea is put forward. Aiming at the transverse assembly construction of segmental bent cap, two steel bent caps are designed as the temporary crossbeams in the construction process, which reduces the difficulty of transverse assembly construction and saves the construction cost of temporary measures.
