Abstract:As the first batch of projects completed and opened to traffic, Huiyan Expressway has been in operation since 1994. Its traffic regional advantages are remarkable. Huiyan Expressway is the most convenient road to the eastern Guangdong and Jiangxi from Shenzhen, and is also the most convenient and fast channel to Huizhou from Shenzhen. Combined with the many treatment schemes of old cement concrete pavement now, the comparison and selection are comprehensively carried out. The resonance fragmentation plus paving the asphalt surface is selected as the recommended scheme, which can decrease the building rubbish, reduce the transportation of discard materials and reduce the pollution problem of vehicle tail gas to a large extent. The achievement of reconstruction and expansion purpose also realizes the design idea of green highway, which accumulates the valuable experience for changing the cement pavement to asphalt pavement in the reconstruction and expansion of expressways.
