    摘要:

    梁拱组合梁桥造型美观,跨越能力强,为近年城市桥梁中较常见桥型之一,其常规施工方法有:少支架现场拼装法、满堂支架施工法,本桥为1跨62 m下承式简支拱梁组合桥,桥梁斜交角30°,受现场条件限制,采用顶推施工。施工中,设置45 m长钢导梁,10对钢管临时支撑架确保结构的安全性。采用13套步履式顶推设备,将顶推力分散到各支撑架上,既能避免采用大型顶推设备,又能有效纠偏。顶推中通过千斤顶同步顶推,侧向调整液压缸等措施实现纠偏。

    Abstract:

    Beam-arch composite girder bridge is beautiful in shape and its spanning capacity is strong, which is one of the common bridge types in the urban bridges in recent years. Its conventional construction methods are the field assembly method of less support and the full framing construction method. This bridge is a one-span 62-m through simple-supported arch-beam composite bridge. The oblique angel of the bridge is 300. The incremental launching construction is used because of limited field conditions. The setting up of 45-m long steel launching nose and 10 pairs of temporary steel tube support bracket can ensure the safety of the structure. 13 sets of walking-type incremental launching equipment are used to distribute the jacking force to each support bracket, which can not only avoid the use of large incremental launching equipment, but also correct an error effectively. The incremental launching is carried out synchronously during the jacking through jack. The measures of laterally adjusting the hydraulic cylinder realize the error correction.
