Abstract:Taking the fabricated bridge components prefabricated in the factory and assembled in the field as the object, the development of the standardized design of the fabricated components is introduced, the idea of lightweight design of the fabricated components is put forward, and the lightweight design of the piers is discussed and analyzed in detail from the aspects of hollow section, modularization and parameterization. The piers after lightweight design can be more suitable for the requirements of standardized design, factory production and assembly construction, and have the great advantages in economy, adaptability and cheapness.
