摘要:

以工厂预制、现场拼装的装配式桥梁构件为对象，介绍了装配式构件在标准化设计方面的发展，提出了装配式构件设计轻型化的思路，并从截面空心化、模块化和参数化等方面对桥墩轻型化设计进行了详细论述和分析。桥墩轻型化后更能适应标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工的要求，在经济性、适应性、便宜性等方面有较大优势。

Abstract:

Taking the fabricated bridge components prefabricated in the factory and assembled in the field as the object, the development of the standardized design of the fabricated components is introduced, the idea of lightweight design of the fabricated components is put forward, and the lightweight design of the piers is discussed and analyzed in detail from the aspects of hollow section, modularization and parameterization. The piers after lightweight design can be more suitable for the requirements of standardized design, factory production and assembly construction, and have the great advantages in economy, adaptability and cheapness.
