Parametric Analysis on Bending Properties of 7A04 High-strength Aluminum Alloy Rectangular Tube

Abstract:

The load-displacement relationship curve of pure bending aluminum alloy rectangular tube members is calculated by numerical analysis method. The calculated result is in good agreement with the experimental result. Based on the analysis results of the whole process, a simplified formula for calculating the bending strength of high-strength aluminum alloy is derived, which can be used as a reference for engineering design.
