    摘要:

    采用工业化模式可提高桥梁建造效率,具有经济性及环保性能优势,在我国取得长足发展。以G312(南京绕城高速—仙隐北路段)改扩建工程为背景,开展城市建造背景下的桥梁预制装配式下部结构的选型及设计方法研究。通过对性能需求及运输条件的考量,选取了以大挑臂倒T型半隐式盖梁为代表性的系列装配式下部结构,确定了高度、宽度及牛腿宽度参数的设计方法;考虑运输条件限制、施工便利性需求,提出超宽盖梁及大断面墩柱的划分方法;根据性能需求、施工误差分析以及技术成熟度,选型了盖梁块段之间、盖梁与墩柱之间、墩柱与承台之间的连接方式。

    Abstract:

    The use of industrialization mode can improve the efficiency of bridge construction, has the advantages of economy and environmental protection property, and has achieved the considerable development in China. Based on the G312 (Nanjing Ring Interchange - Xianyin North Road) Reconstruction and Extension Project, the selection and design methods of bridge prefabricated substructure in the context of urban construction are studied. Through the consideration of performance requirements and transportation conditions, and the selection of series fabricated substructure represented by long-cantilever inversed-T semi-hidden bent cap, the design methods of height, width and corbel width parameters are determined. By considering the transportation condition restrictions and construction convenience demands, the division method of super-wide bent cap and large-sectional pier is proposed. Based on the performance demands, construction error analysis and technical maturity, the connection methods between bent caps, bent cap and pier, and pier and base slab are selected.
