生态新城绿色交通系统规划方法与落地实践研究——以南京南部新城为例

Study on Planning Method and Implementation Practice of Green Transportation System in New Ecological City - For New City in the South of Nanjing

摘要:

针对绿色生态城市的重要组成部分——绿色交通系统的构建，分析了生态新城绿色交通规划面临的主要问题。结合南京南部新城绿色交通规划的经验，归纳了绿色交通体系构建的目标、绿色交通规划的方法及理念、方案落实的主要策略和经验。研究结果认为：生态新城的绿色交通规划是一个系统工程，需平衡绿色交通方式与非绿色交通方式的关系；不仅要考虑交通系统本身的规划整合，也要考虑交通与其他专业的协调，才能成功构建完整的绿色交通体系，并实现规划理念与规划方案的真正落地。

Abstract:

Aiming at the important component of green ecological city - construction of green transportation system, the main problems faced by the green transportation planning of new ecological city are analyzed. Combined with the experience of green transportation planning of the new city in the south of Nanjing, the goal of constructing the green transportation system, the methods and concepts of green transportation planning, and the main strategy and experience of scheme implementation are concluded. The study results show that the green transportation planning of new ecological city is a systematical project. It is required to balance the relationship between the green transportation mode and non-green traffic mode. It is not only to consider the planning integration of transportation system own, but also to consider the coordination of transportation with the other domains so as to successfully build a complete green transportation system and realize the real implementation of planning concept and planning scheme.
