关于济南市城市快速路建设的思考

Thinking about Construction of Urban Expressway in Jinan

摘要:

针对如何处理好济南市新建快速路和既有快速路的系统整合，充分发挥路网效能问题，对济南市快速路网建设进行了梳理，对现状快速路网结构及运行问题进行了分析。在此基础上，提出了快速路网系统改善策略，从快速路网结构优化、既有快速匝道功能完善的角度，阐述了具体优化方案，并对方案效果进行了评估。评估认为，优化方案可基本实现快速路体系规划设想，快速路出入口优化设置后，均能满足规范要求。

Abstract:

Aiming at how to deal with the problems of the system integration of the newly built expressways and the existing expressway, and fully playing the efficiency of road network in Jinan, the construction of expressway network in Jinan is summarized, and the present expressway network structure and operation problems are analyzed. On this basis, the improvement strategy of expressway network system is put forward. The specific optimization scheme is set forth from the perspective of optimizing the structure of expressway network and perfecting the function of the existing expressway ramp, and the scheme effect is evaluated. The evaluation shows that the optimization scheme can basically realize the idea of expressway system planning. The entrance and exit of expressway after optimized can all meet the standard requirements.
