Abstract:New Airport Freeway Connection Line (Shuangbu-Xiazhuang) Project has the irreplaceable important functions in the aspects of the connection with central urban area expressway network and the fast distribution of Jiaodong Airport. The construction of this project has the significant effect on the external traffic in the region and the urban area of Qingdao. Traffic organization during construction is the important guarantee to ensure the smooth construction and reduce the impacts on environment and civic life. The refined traffic organization plan during construction is reasonably proposed through the research on investigation and arrangement of regional traffic flow, the detection of existing road conditions, the sorting of construction conditions and the control of construction cross process. Based on the constituted scheme, the engineering quantities and investments of this part are determined.
