Application of BIM Technology in Longdong Avenue Reconstruction Project

龙东大道是位于上海市浦东新区内部的城市主干路，其线位从内环线向东延伸至郊环线，在上海市骨干路网规划中为城市快速路，拟于“十三五”期间完成快速化改造。龙东大道快速化改造工程面临工期紧、部门多、方案复杂、组织困难等重重挑战。随着BIM技术的日趋成熟和广泛应用，龙东大道快速化改造工程全面引入新理念、新技术，支撑复杂工程的智慧建造。总结了BIM技术在龙东大道快速化改造工程中的应用实践，列举出一些切实可行且行之有效的BIM应用方案，为今后类似工程项目的BIM应用提供了有益参考。

Abstract:

Longdong Avenue is an urban trunk road located in Pudong New District of Shanghai. Its line extends from Inner Ring Line eastward to the suburb ring line. It is an urban expressway in the backbone road network planning of Shanghai, its rapid reconstruction is planned to complete during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. Longdong Avenue Rapid Reconstruction Project is faced with many challenges such as tight schedule, multiple departments, complex schemes and difficult organization. With the increasing maturity and wide application of BIM technology, new concepts and technologies are fully introduced into Longdong Avenue Rapid Reconstruction Project, and support the intelligent construction of complex projects. The application practice of BIM technology in Longdong Avenue Rapid Reconstruction Project is summarized. Some practical and effective BIM application schemes are listed, which provide a useful reference for the application of BIM in the future similar projects.
