由于打浦路隧道复线改建工程板梁安装过程中隧道正常开放，保证隧道交通畅通与行车、施工安全成为本工程的重点。新建结构桩基为单排桩、板梁吊装因场地限制临边施工，130片预制板梁连续铺设误差控制，成为本次吊装施工的难点。通过防护方案比选、设计和精密施工筹划顺利完成本次施工，确保了施工质量、安全，可供相关工程借鉴。

Abstract:

Due to the normal opening of tunnel in the plate-girder erection process of Dapuqiao Tunnel Double Line Reconstruction Project, the key point of this project is to ensure the smooth traffic, driving and construction safety of tunnel. The pile foundation of new structure is constructed of single-row pile and plate-girder hoisting due to site restriction. It is difficult to control the error in the continuous pavement of 130-piece prefabricated plate girder in this time of hoisting construction. This construction was smoothly completed through the comparison of protection schemes, and the design and the precise construction planning, which ensures the construction quality and safety, and can be referred for the relevant projects.
