通过深入调研分析上海市区管交通标志和标线的管理现状，梳理了区管交通标志和标线在实际管理中主要存在，人员、技术、资金、机制和管理缺口等五个方面的问题，并针对上述问题提出了，包括建立设施量统计数据库，出台统一的养护技术规范及定额标准，定期开展人员培训等一系列对策和建议，对于提高上海市交通标志和标线运行管理水平、提升城市管理品质具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:

Through the in-depth investigation and analysis of the current district management situation of traffic sign and marking in Shanghai, the problems of personnel, technique, capital, mechanism and management gaps mainly existing in the practical district management of traffic sign and marking are sorted out. And aiming the above problems, a series of countermeasures and suggestions of establishing the facility capacity statistical database, issuing the unified maintenance technical specifications and quota standards, and carrying out the personnel training regularly are put forward, which have the important guiding significance of improving the traffic sign and marking operation and management levels, and upgrading the management quality of a city.
