Abstract:Road engineering planning is a bridge between upper planning and engineering design. On the basis of implementing the intention of upper planning, it will directly guide the design of construction drawings and is of great significance for the planning administrative departments and construction departments. But at the present, most cities have yet to carry out such planning. The road design under the new situation needs to comprehensively consider the requirements of sponge city and street design. Therefore, the link function of road engineering planning is more prominent. The practice process of road engineering planning in Ningbo is introduced. The technical route of road engineering planning and the new requirements of the new situation on the road engineering design are expounded. And taking Ningbo Hetou Road Planning as a case, how to carry out the road engineering planning under the new situation is summarized and purified.
