This waterway is one of the first batch of waterway to be started in the 12 th Five-year Plan for Construction of High-grade Inland Waterways in Shanghai, and is one of the three tributaries in the upper reaches of Huangpu River. At present, the waterway grade V is changed to IV. There is a high risk of ship collision to bridge on the navigation channel during the reconstruction process. By studying the working mode and parameterization technology of early warning system for bridge preventing ship collision in navigation channel, the plane conversion algorithm and engineering realization technology of multi-source data three-dimensional measurement space, the identifying technology of ship navigation abnormal behavior based on multi-source data fusion, the performance optimization and engineering testing technology of early warning system for bridge preventing ship collision in navigation channel of the bridge collision prevention early warning system for navigation channel, breaking through the multi-target detection / tracking algorithm of navigation channel under the complex background based on multi-source data fusion, and the ship-bridge collision situation prediction and other key technologies based on multi-source data fusion, the active collision avoidance system for waterway bridge composed of three main infrared, visible light and laser ranging sensors is used for Linggang Bridge so as to achieve the all-weather, all-day and full-automatic active collision avoidance monitoring and early warning of the waterway bridge. Its application effect is good.
