    摘要:

    淮州沱江特大斜拉桥为旅游环线标志性形象工程,其主墩桩基作为桥梁控制性工程至关重要。沱江特大桥12#~14#墩位于沱江河床,在汛期来临前须确保特大桥下部结构顺利完成,提出在主墩及辅助墩周围进行土石方筑岛,利用旋挖机引孔、振动锤插打方案快速形成钢板桩围堰并同步实施钢栈桥,对如何高效率完成下部结构施工进行研究。结果表明,采用水中筑岛建设钢板桩围堰及栈桥的方法有效、安全、可靠,可加快施工进度,压缩施工周期,汛期来临前顺利完成下部结构,同时保障施工质量,工期成本均在可控范围以内。

    Abstract:

    Huaizhou Tuojiang River Bridge is an extra-large cable-stayed bridge and is a landmark image project of travel ring line. Its main pier pile foundation is very important as bridge control engineering. The piers 12#~14# of Tuojiang River Bridge are located in the riverbed of Tuojiang River. It must be to ensure the smooth completion of bridge substructure before the flood season. It is proposed to build an island of earth and stone around the main pier and auxiliary pier. The scheme of rotary excavator to drill holes and vibratory hammer to insert is used quickly to form the steel sheet pile cofferdam and synchronously to implement the steel trestle. How to effectively complete the substructure construction is studied. The result shows that the use of method to build an island in water, steel sheet pile cofferdam and steel trestle is effective, safe and reliable, can speed up the construction schedule, reduce the construction period, smoothly complete the substructure before the flood season, and at the same time ensure the construction quality. The costs of construction periods are all within the controllable range.
