Abstract:Through the data research and collation, and according to the detection result of real bridge, the disease characteristics of the coatings of steel box girder and concrete structure of sea-crossing cable-stayed bridge are studied and mastered. The development process and degradation law of coating diseases of this kind of bridge structure are analyzed. The theoretical analysis and statistical methods are used to predict the coating degradation. And on this basis, the best opportunity of the preventive maintenance for the structural coating of this kind of bridge is determined. Based on the structural and environmental characteristics of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge, the working contents of preventive maintenance for the structure coating and the detailed technical measures for maintenance and treatment are put forward. Through the application and verification of Xiangshan Harbor Bridge, the strategies and technical details of preventive maintenance of structural coating for sea-crossing cable-stayed bridges are further optimized.
