Abstract:The basic concepts, the research status at home and abroad, and the main engineering advantages of the preassembled assembly technology are main analyzed, including able to effectively shorten the construction period, to ensure the construction quality, to improve the construction safety, and more environmental protection and high degree of systematic operation in the fields. Starting from 2016, the prefabrication rate of building unit should not be less than 40% or the assembly rate of building unit not less than 60%. The construction project of major sanitation facilities has its particularity. The low standardization of functional buildings, the high environmental protection function of the buildings at the special area location, the varied and irregular component dimensions, and the construction sequence also affect the implementation of prefabricating assembly technology. After comprehensively considering the construction quality, cost, construction performance requirements and other elements, it is believed that the prefabrication rate of major environmental sanitation projects needs to be controlled according to the specific characteristics of the engineering projects.
