Abstract:Based on Zhuguang Road Shield Tunnel Project, the experimental study of prefabricated structure beam-column joints is carried out. The experimental results show that ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) is used as the post-pouring material, and the steel bar at the end of the beam can be in the form of overlap without welding, which not only guarantees the strength and stiffness of the joints, but also improves the construction efficiency and quality, and provides a reference for the prefabricating assembly design and rapid construction of the tunnel internal structure.
