Overall Scheme Design for Reconstruction of Intersection of Haier Avenue and South Outer Ring in Jiaozhou City

胶州市南外环-海尔大道交叉口现状为6路交叉，距离南侧营海口仅300 m。为改变该交叉口左转和直行方向混行、交通组织混乱，从而严重影响通行效率的现状，从项目背景、建设必要性、建设条件、技术标准及总体设计等方面提出了对于该节点的改造方案。

Abstract:

The present situation of South Outer Ring - Haier Avenue Intersection is a six-road intersection, and is only 300 m aware from Yinghaikou on the south. In order to change the present situation of left turn and straight direction mixing, and poor traffic organization at this intersection seriously affecting the traffic efficiency, the reconstruction scheme of this node is proposed from the aspects of project background, construction necessity, construction conditions, technical standards and overall design.
