    摘要:

    为了减少对地下构筑物安全的影响,非开挖的管线施工方式已成为市政给排水管道的最佳施工方案之一。依托南昌市某新建道路排水工程,通过有限元数值模拟分析,分析了双顶管施工对上部既有电力方涵结构的影响。研究结果表明:双顶管同时并行施工和单一先后施工对既有结构沉降的影响有着差异,且双顶管同时并行施工产生的影响更大。在实际工程中,因为工期等综合因素,也可采用双顶管施工,但是需加强施工期间对于既有构筑物结构沉降的监测,并做好相关的保护措施。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the impact on the safety of underground structures, the trenchless pipeline construction method has been one of the best construction schemes of municipal water supply and drainage pipelines. Relying on a new road drainage project of Nanchang, the impact of the double pipe jacking construction on the upside existing electric power square culvert is analyzed through the finite element numerical simulation analysis. The results show that there is difference between the impacts of the double pipe jacking parallel construction at the same time and the single construction one by one on the settlement of the existing structures. And the impact of the double pipe jacking parallel construction at the same time is larger. In the practical projects, the double pipe jacking construction can be also used because of the construction period and other factors. But it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring on the settlement of the existing structures during construction, and the related protection measures should be done well.
