道路通行能力是反映道路交通特征的重要指标，也是道路交通规划、设计和管理的基础和依据。应用灰色关联度理论，分析了影响道路通行能力的关键因素，并针对这些关键因素提出了提高道路通行能力的相应措施。

Abstract:

The traffic capacity of road is an important index reflecting the characteristics of road traffic, and is also the basis of road traffic planning, design and management. The grey relational degree theory is used to analyze the key factors of influencing the traffic capacity of road. And the corresponding measures to improve the traffic capacity of road are put forward for these key factors.
