    摘要:

    针对长江下游某城市的城市特色、区域特点、污水处理系统进行分析与评估,并以问题为导向提出了污水提质增效的综合措施。综合分析了城市水环境、排水体制、污水收集管网、污水处理厂等污水处理现状,提出了“三消除”、“三整治”、“三提升”实施方案。“三消除”包括消除城市黑臭水体、污水直排口、管网空白区;“三整治”包括工业企业排水整治、“小散乱”排水整治、阳台和单位庭院排水整治;“三提升”包括城镇污水处理综合能力提升、污水管网质量管控水平提升、管网检测修复和养护管理水平提升。

    Abstract:

    The urban characteristics, regional characteristics, and sewage treatment system of a city in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River are analyzed and evaluated. The comprehensive measures to improve the quality and efficiency of sewage are put forward based on the problem. The urban sewage environment, drainage system, sewage collection pipe network, sewage treatment plant and other sewage treatment status are comprehensively analyzed. The "three-elimination", "three-treatment" and "three-improvement" implementation schemes are put forward. "Three eliminations" include the elimination of urban black and odorous water bodies, straight sewage outlets and empty areas in the pipe network. "Three treatments" include the treatment of industrial and enterprise drainage, "small scattered" drainage, and balcony and unit courtyard drainage. "Three improvements" include the improvement of the comprehensive capacity of urban sewage treatment, the quality control of the sewage pipe network, and the detection, repair and maintenance management levels of the pipe network.
