    摘要:

    随着地下空间开发的蓬勃发展,国内深基坑工程越来越多,国内现有施工设备及技术无法满足超深基坑围护止水及地基加固施工需求。介绍了国内唯一的、 目前世界上能施工直径最大、 深度最深、最先进的超高压喷射搅拌成桩(墙)旋喷工艺。总结了几种大直径旋喷工法的特点, 通过实际工程应用实例, 阐述了超高压喷射搅拌成桩(墙)工法在城市建设的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    With the vigorous development of underground space, there are deep foundation pit projects more and more in China. The existing construction equipment and technologies are hard to meet the construction demands of retaining water stop and foundation reinforcement of super-deep foundation pit in China. The rotary jet grouting technology of the most advanced ultrahigh pressure jet agitation pile (wall) is introduced, which is only one in China, and at present, which construction diameter is the largest and depth is the deepest in the world. The characteristics of several large-diameter rotary jet grouting methods are summarized. The application prospect of ultrahigh pressure jet agitation pile (wall) construction method in the city construction is expounded by the practical engineering application examples.
