Abstract:The particular valley-type zonal geographical environment of Lanzhou has formed the natural urban traffic bottleneck, and limited the construction and layout of urban traffic system. Aiming at these problems, the present situations of the inadequate capability of internal and external connection, the development lag of metropolitan area traffic system, and the undercoupling of urban hub and functional area are firstly analyzed, then on the basis of completely mastering and analyzing the present situation of urban traffic in Lanzhou in detail, the traffic development strategic measures system is built, and finally, a series of specific measures of strengthening the multi-direction hub advantage of Lanzhou, promoting the metropolitan area traffic integration of Lanzhou, promoting the rapid technology and networking, and building a "multi-center, cluster and networked" city in order to ensure that the development of urban traffic in Lanzhou in the future can continue to drive the growth of urban economy, and also provide a good traffic environment for the urban residents.
