Abstract:The high-strength bolt assembly of bridge is designed and studied. The structural design idea and anchoring scheme of high-strength bolt subassembly are provided. The structural design and strength check of high-strength anchor bolt, spherical nut, spherical gasket and retaining nut are completed. Combined with the engineering application requirements, the design and calculation of high-strength bolt subassemblies with design loads of 1 500 kN, 1 200 kN and 800 kN are completed. And the size series of M85, M76, and M64 high-strength bolts are formed. Through the static load test of graded tension anchorage technology, the designed high-strength bolt subassemblies meet the design and application requirements.
