    摘要:

    修建地下综合管廊是新型城市市政基础设施建设的发展趋势,伴随新建道路的开发在不断拓展。当管廊布设线位与大型江河、重要道路、轨道交通相交时,地下穿越形式大幅增加了施工难度及工程造价,对管廊结构自身及穿越目标的安全都形成了一定威胁。现通过实际工程,提供了利用同期建设的桥梁结构实现跨越的管廊设计形式,打破了地下管廊的固有约束,为后期管廊穿越设计提供了比选思路。针对桥上管廊的管线类型、布设方式、承载吊架的计算分析和安装条件提出了技术建议,并对地上地下连接段及安装检修人员通道的设计形式提供了工程样例。

    Abstract:

    The construction of underground utility tunnel is the development trend of new urban municipal infrastructure construction, which is expanding with the development of new roads. When the layout of utility tunnel intersects with large rivers, important roads and rail transit, the underground crossing form greatly increases the construction difficulty and engineering cost, and forms a certain threat to the safety of utility tunnel structure and crossing target. Through an actual project, the design form of utility tunnel crossing by using a bridge structure constructed in the same period is put forward, which breaks the inherent constraints of underground utility tunnel and provides the comparison and selection ideas for the later design of utility tunnel crossing. The technical suggestions are proposed for the pipeline type, layout mode, calculation and analysis of bearing hanging bracket and installation conditions of utility tunnel on bridge. And the engineering examples are provided for the design forms of ground and underground connecting sections, and installation and maintenance personnel access.
