绿色公路和国土空间控制规划是新时代发展理念和政策形势的产物，代表了交通基础设施建设的方向和要求。以黄山至东至典型的山区高速公路为例，解析了绿色公路内涵、国土空间控制规划任务及两者的相互关系，并从利用廊道资源、节约土地资源、保护生态等方面，论述了绿色公路理念在国土空间控制规划工作中的应用情况，探讨了绿色公路理念的指导作用，为后续类似工作积累了经验。

Abstract:

Green highway and territorial spatial control planning are the products of the development concept and policy situation in the new era, which represent the direction and requirements of transportation infrastructure construction. Taking the typical mountainous expressway from Yellow Mountain to Dongzhi as an example, the connotation of green highway, the territorial spatial control planning and the interrelationship between the both are analyzed. The application of green highway concept in territorial spatial control planning are discussed from the aspects of utilizing the corridor resource, saving the land resource and protecting the ecology. The guiding role of green highway concept is discussed so as to accumulate the experience for the follow-up similar work.
