    摘要:

    随着城市建设与发展持续推进,城市化进程不断加速,同时绿水青山就是金山银山成为一种共识理念。如何处理好环境保护与土地资源高效利用之间的平衡,是对城市开发建设专业管理者提出了更高的要求。特别是土方有效平衡对提高土地利用率、空间艺术、环境质量、施工效率等方面颇有裨益。因此,合理的场地竖向设计与土方平衡是城市建设的基础前提。现通过对合肥高新区四期场平优化项目从设计到可实施性管理的全程分析,依据实践过程中的反复调配、对比,对场地竖向设计要点和流程进行讨论,综合考虑项目的可行性和经济性,以供相关场地竖向设计参考和借鉴。通过不断的实践探索与研究,完善景观样板建设和软质建设,在未来呈现出设施更为全面、景观更为丰富的高品质公园城市。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous advancement of urban construction and development, the urbanization is accelerating. At the same time, it has become a consensus that clear waters and green mountains are gold and silver mountains. How to handle the balance between the environmental protection and the high efficient utilization of land resource is to put forward the higher requirements for the professional managers of urban development and construction. Especially, the efficient balance of earthwork is quite beneficial to improve the land utilization, spatial art, environmental quality, construction efficiency and the other aspects. Therefore, the reasonable field vertical design and earthwork balance are the basic premise of city construction. Through the analysis on the whole process from the design to the implementable management of Hefei High-tech District Phase IV Field Leveling Optimization Project, based on the repeated deployment and comparison in the practical process, the essentials and technological process of field vertical design are discussed. The feasibility and economy of the project are comprehensively considered so as to provide the reference for the relevant field vertical designs. Through the continuous practical exploration and study, the landscape model construction and soft quality construction are perfected to present a high-quality park city with more comprehensive facilities and more abundant landscape in the future.
