混凝气浮工艺在高标准、短工期背景下的应用

    摘要:

    苏州某污水处理厂现状规模4万m3/d,出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。随着苏州地区“三年行动计划”的实施,要求辖区内污水处理厂自2021年1月1日起出水标准按照“苏州特别排放限制”执行。工程难点在于TP的稳定达标(<0.3 mg/L),且施工工期短、用地紧张。通过比选,采用混凝气浮工艺作为TP深度处理工艺,并介绍了该工艺的原理和核心设计参数,以及投运以来的进出水数据及成本分析。结果表明,TP出水值可以稳定达到0.3 mg/L以下,总水头损失可控制在0.7 m以内,直接运行成本0.076元/m3。采用一体化装置,可实现快速启动、运行。相关经验可供施工周期短、水质要求高的工程参考。

    Abstract:

    The present scale of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Suzhou is 40 000 m3/d, and the effluent standard reaches the first grade A standard of Discharge Standard for Pollutants in Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). According to the "Three-year Action Plan" in Suzhou, the effluent standards of WWTPs in the administrative area are required to comply with Suzhou Special Discharge Restrictions from January 1. 2021. The difficulty of the project lies in the stable standard of TP (<0.3 mg/L), short construction period and land shortage. Through the comparison, the coagulation air flotation process is adopted as the advanced treatment process of TP. And the principles and core design parameters of the process are introduced. The data and costs of the influent and effluent since its put into operation are analyzed. The results show that the effluent value of TP can be stable below 0.3 mg/L, the total head loss can be controlled within 0.7 m, and the direct operating cost is 0.076 yuan/m3. The use of integrated device can realize the quick start and quick operation. The relative experience can be referenced for the projects with short construction period and high water quality requirements.
