Abstract:Gupu (provincial boundary ~ Jimingtang) River Comprehensive Regulation Project in Jiading District is located in Waigang Town, Jiading District. Its regulation length is about 6.5 km. According to the characteristics of the project, there are old town blocks and many factories on both sides of the river without the conditions for large-area excavation, where the revetments have been built. Therefore, the structure form of trenchless method to reserve the original revetment and to drive the plastic steel sheet pile is adopted in this kind of position. The plastic steel sheet pile has the advantages of small construction area, easy handling and stacking, green environmental protection and no pollution, and can shorten the construction period and reduce the construction working face, which can not only meet the engineering safety requirements, but also take into account the ecological effect and landscape effect. In the process of construction, the construction technology of using the plastic steel sheet pile has the obvious advantages, which is especially suitable for the requirements of reserving the original style on both sides of the river in the scope of the ancient towns and old blocks of the project, and has been highly praised by all parties involved in the construction. The construction of plastic steel sheet pile in Gupu River Regulation Project in Jiading District is expounded from the aspects of the basic construction situation, the construction process of plastic steel sheet pile, the problems encountered in the construction and the solutions.
