Abstract:In view of the sludge treatment scheme of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) expansion project in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, three sludge treatment schemes of low-temperature vacuum dehydration drying process, low-temperature dehumidification drying process and plate-frame pressure filtration dehydration process are compared and analyzed from three aspects of equipment configuration, construction cost and operation cost. Based on the existing disposal cost, the low-temperature dehumidification drying process (electric heating) has the lowest long-term operation cost.
