    摘要:

    针对“桥头跳车”病害问题进行成因分析,对地聚合物注浆加固工艺的技术特点进行简介,通过实际工程案例的介绍对地聚合物注浆加固工艺在“桥头跳车”病害治理中的效果进行详细分析。采用地聚合物注浆加固工艺对浙江地区某桥梁台背填土进行注浆加固,增大台后路基的强度和承载力,并通过对路桥接顺段路面各位置的沉降监测,评价、分析注浆加固效果。通过地聚合物注浆加固工艺改善和延缓桥头台背因回填土方下沉和软土路基沉降形成的“桥头跳车”病害。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the disease problems of "bridgehead bump", the causes are analyzed. The technical characteristics of geopolymer grouting reinforcement technology are briefly introduced. Through the introduction of the practical engineering cases, the effect of geopolymer grouting reinforcement technology in the treatment of "bridgehead bump" disease is analyzed in detail. In order to increase the strength and bearing capacity of the subgrade behind the abutment, the geopolymer grouting reinforcement technology is used to reinforce the filling behind the abutment of a bridge in an area of Zhejiang. The effect of grouting reinforcement is evaluated and analyzed through the settlement monitoring of each position of the road and bridge connecting section. By using the geopolymer grouting reinforcement technology, the "bridgehead bump" disease caused by backfill earthwork subsidence and soft soil subgrade settlement is improved and delayed.
