Abstract:Mechanical construction is the development direction of connecting channel construction at present. Due to the narrow space of measuring channel and irregular displacement of observation station, the construction guiding measurement means is still in manual measurement stage, which reduces mechanical construction efficiency. The displacement monitoring of the segments near the tunneling face is also mostly in manual, It is difficult to meet the demands of monitoring timeliness. In order to solve the problems of guiding measurement and monitoring of mechanical connecting channel construction at the same time, a set of automatic guiding system of mechanical connecting channel is developed. Based on the north-pointing principle of high-precision fiber optic gyroscope, the guiding target of this system is composed of fiber-optic gyroscope, dual-axis inclinometer and target prism. By the clever layout of reference prism and monitoring prism, the displacement monitoring of segments can be realized at the same time of automatic guidance.
