利用已有条件实现半苜蓿叶式一级公路交叉口交通组织方案研究

一级公路作为国省干线的主要组成部分,目前全国通车里程已达两万多公里,且每年还在以一定数量快速增长。一级公路主线车速较高,同时沿线存在大量平交口,致使交通事故频发,对人民的生命财产安全造成较大影响,一级公路的平交口设计已经成为影响车辆行驶安全的一个顽疾,被广大工程设计者所关注,而一级公路在高等级公路中兼具集散功能的特点,其半封闭以及较少工程投资的特点,又决定了平交口存在的必然性。本文欲结合一级公路车流特点,着力研究一种新型的交叉口设计形式,能够以较低的工程造价,既能保证平交口完善的交通功能,又能降低交通事故发生率,保证人民生命财产安全。该文提出了一种新型的平面交叉设计新思路-半苜蓿叶式平交口,通过设置两个右进右出丁字交叉+改路+分离式立交(通道)的方式,即实现了各个方向交通流的转换,又避免了交通流的交叉,降低了行车安全隐患,提高了主线服务水平。

As the main part of national and provincial trunk lines, the mileage of 1st-grade highway has reached more than 20000 kilometers in China, and it is still growing rapidly every year. The speed of the main line of the 1st-grade highway is high, and there are a large number of level crossings along the line, resulting in frequent traffic accidents, which has a great impact on the safety of people"s lives and properties. The design of 1st-grade highway has become a stubborn disease affecting the driving safety of vehicles, which is concerned by the majority of engineering designers And the characteristics of less project investment determine the necessity of the existence of level crossing. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of the first-class highway traffic flow, focus on the study of a new type of intersection design form, which can not only ensure the perfect traffic function of the level crossing, but also reduce the incidence of traffic accidents, and ensure the safety of people"s lives and property.This paper puts forward a new design idea of level crossing- Semi Alfalfa leaf Intersection. By setting up two right in and right out T-shaped intersections, changing roads and separating Interchanges (passageways), it realizes the rapid transformation of traffic flow in all directions, avoids the intersection of traffic flow, reduces the hidden danger of traffic safety, improves the service level of the main line, and the project scale Compared with the traditional level crossing, there is not much increase.
