    摘要:

    沥青路面在荷载和环境的作用下,会产生微小裂缝,且在外部荷载的不断作用下扩展开裂,影响路面的使用寿命。目前,具有仿生自愈合行为的微胶囊材料受到各学科的广泛关注。微胶囊材料含有愈合剂,能在裂缝出现时,及时修补裂缝,避免损伤的不断扩大。虽然微胶囊技术已被很多领域进行了研究,但有些条件还不是很清楚,例如:微胶囊的开裂机理、力学性能及微胶囊在不同领域的适用性等等。对此,首先,综述了自愈型微胶囊的作用机理,以及在沥青及沥青混合料中的相关应用;其次,从微胶囊自身的力学性能方面展开实验和理论研究的总结,并指出了相关研究目前存在的问题;最后,为了实现自愈型沥青路面的设想,指出了用于沥青路面中的自愈型微胶囊研究的发展方向。

    Abstract:

    Under the action of load and environment, the tiny cracks will be caused on the asphalt pavement, and the cracking extends under the continuous external loadings, which will affect the service life of pavement. Currently, the self-healing microcapsule materials are of wide interest in various disciplines. The microcapsule materials include the healing agent, and can repair the cracks in time when the cracks appear so as to avoid the expanding injury. Although the microcapsule technology has been studied in many fields, some conditions are not still very clear, i.e. cracking mechanism and mechanical properties of microcapsule, and the applicability of microcapsule in the different fields. Therefore, firstly, the mechanism of the self-healing microcapsule and its application in asphalt mixture are summarized. Then, the experiment is carried out from the mechanical properties of the microcapsule, and the theoretical study is summarized. And the problems existing in the current research are pointed out. Finally, the development direction of the study on the self-healing microcapsule used in asphalt pavement is presented to realize the idea of self-healing asphalt pavement.
