浅析BIM技术应用收费标准

Brief Analysis on Charging Standard for Application of BIM Technology

摘要:

上海市、广东省、湖南省等地发布了关于BIM技术应用的地方性收费标准，有助于加速BIM技术市场化，但这些标准不够完善。通过对已发布的相关收费标准进行梳理，分析认为按建筑面积计费可能存在投入与收取费用偏差大、调整系数取值不确定性大等不足。希冀本研究成果为新制订或完善相关标准、工程造价与审计认定等工作提供参考。

Abstract:

The local charging standards for the application of BIM technology have been issued in Shanghai City, Guangdong Province and Hunan Province, which are conductive to accelerate the marketization of BIM technology, but these standards are not perfected. By sorting out the relevant issued charging standards, the analysis shows that there may be some insufficiencies in the large deviation between the input and charging according the building area, and large uncertainty for adjustment coefficient value. It is hoped that the research results can provide reference for the new formulation or improvement of relevant standards, engineering costs and audit identification.
