Abstract:The distribution characteristics and causes of cracks in the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement are analyzed. The different ratios of polyurethane PU and epoxy acrylate VE are used to prepare the polymer modified crack repair materials. The bond strengths and tensile strengths of polymer modified repair materials with the different numbers of 0.1PU+0.4VE, 0.2PU+0.3VE, 0.3PU+0.2VE and 0.4PU+0.1VE are tested and analyzed. On this basis, the polymer repair materials with the different ratios are used in the crack repair of Marshall Specimen and low-temperature trabecular specimen. And the low-temperature splitting, low-temperature bending tensile and water stability are comprehensively analyzed. The test shows that the polymer modified material with 0.3PU + 0.2VE has the better splitting strength, bending tensile strength and water stability. The good effect of its application in the practical crack repair engineering is obtained.
