Water Environment Comprehensive Treatment Scheme of Xunsi River Basin in Wuhan City

摘要:

流域综合治理是水环境治理的发展趋势。以武汉市巡司河为例，对其历史状况和治理过程进行回顾，从水安全、水环境、水生态、水景观、水管理等方面分析巡司河流域水环境存在的现状问题，结合流域综合治理目标，提出了能力提升、控源截污、水系连通、生态修复等水环境综合治理方案，并补充了流域厂、站、网、河一体化运维和考核机制，可为其他同类河道流域综合治理提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Watershed comprehensive treatment is the development trend of water environment treatment. Taking Xunsi River in Wuhan City as an example, its historical situation and treatment process are reviewed. The existing problems of water environment in Xunsi River Basin are analyzed from the aspects of water safety, water environment, water ecology, water landscape and water management. Based on the comprehensive treatment objectives, the comprehensive treatment schemes for water environment, such as capacity improvement, source control and pollution interception, water system connection and ecological restoration are proposed. The integrated operation, maintenance and assessment mechanism of river basin plants, stations, networks, and rivers is supplemented, which can provide the reference for the comprehensive treatment of the other similar rivers.
