上海市架空线入地与合杆整治工程评价研究

Evaluation and Study of Overhead Line Into-ground Project and Multi-pole Integration Project in Shanghai

摘要:

采用定性分析法、比较评价法和统计分析法等，从目标评价、机制评价、效能评价和创新评价4个方面对2018—2020年上海市架空线入地和合杆整治工程进行评价研究。根据评价结果，提出依据工程实施难度优化建设目标、科学论证交通组织方案以增加有效施工时间、优化整治对象以拓展整治范围等建议，为相关工程开展提供参考。

Abstract:

The qualitative analysis, comparative evaluation and statistical analysis are used to evaluate and study the overhead line into-ground project and multi-pole integration project in Shanghai from 2018 to 2020 from four aspects of target evaluation, mechanism evaluation, efficiency evaluation and innovation evaluation. According to the evaluation results, the suggestions of optimizing the construction target based on the difficulty of project implementation, scientifically demonstrating the traffic organization scheme to increase the effective construction time and optimizing the renovation object to expand the scope of renovation are put forward in order to provide reference for the development of related projects.
