Engineering Application of VFL Process in Small-scale Water Recycling Plant

摘要:

针对小型再生水厂，介绍了北京市通州区乡镇再生水厂建设运营项目中西集镇中心区再生水厂采用的VFL+混凝沉淀池+转鼓过滤器+次氯酸钠消毒的污水处理工艺，分析该工艺的特点、运行效果、存在的问题及工艺完善。结果显示，此工艺用地面积小，耐冲击性强，运行稳定可靠，各项出水水质指标均稳定达到北京DB11/890—2012中B排放标准，甚至更好的水质，满足再生水水质要求，可以有效缓解北京水资源短缺问题；处理污水过程中产泥量极低，实现了污泥的减量化。

Abstract:

For small-scale water recycling plant, the wastewater treatment process of VFL + coagulating sedimentation tank + drum filter + sodium hypochlorite disinfection used in Xiji Town Central District Water Recycling Plant in Beijing Tongzhou District Village and Town Water Recycling Plant Construction and Operation Project is introduced. The characteristics, operation effect, existing problems and technological perfection of the process are analyzed. The result shows that the land area of this process is small, the shock resistance is strong, and the operation is stable and reliable. Each effluent quality index meets the B-class discharge standard of Beijing DB11 / 890-2012, and even better water quality, and meets the water recycling quality requirements, which can effectively alleviate the shortage of water resources in Beijing. The sludge production is extremely low in the process of sewage treatment to realize the reduction of sludge.
