厦门市同安区街道现状分析及分类设计指引

Status Analysis and Classification Design Guidelines of Streets in Tongan District of Xiamen City

摘要:

针对长期以来街道建设与管理以提升机动车通行效率为主导，对人的需求重视不够等问题，对厦门市同安老城区现状街道进行了分析。首先分析指出了现状街道人行空间过窄、街道空间缺乏整体统筹、空间界面消极等问题，并对老城区的街道进行归纳分类，梳理出7种街道类型。最后，分别对每种街道类型的设计原则和设计策略进行阐述，给出每种街道类型的设计指引，并结合具体街道案例进行了说明。

Abstract:

For a long time street construction and management to improve the efficiency of motor vehicles as the leading, the problems of insufficient attention to the demand of the people and the present streets in the old urban area of Tongan District in Xiamen are analyzed. The analysis result shows that the pedestrian space of the present streets is too narrow, the street space has no overall integration and the spatial interface is negative. The streets of the old urban area are classified and 7 types of streets are sorted out. Finally, the design principles and design strategies of each street type are expounded. The design guidelines of each street type are given. And the cases combined with the specific streets are explained.
