    摘要:

    为解决钢-混凝土组合桥梁的桥面板传统浇筑方法施工带来的不足,现依托深圳市东部过境高速公路翠宝路高架特大桥项目,创新性地提出一种新型钢-混凝土组合箱梁桥面板,并提出相应的新型施工工艺,提高施工效率并减少对桥下空间的影响。经数值分析计算,证明在实际工程中采用该新型桥面板的施工工期大幅减少,对桥下交通的影响也大幅减少,可产生较好的综合效益。新型钢-混凝土组合箱梁桥面板成功解决了传统现浇混凝土桥面板现场施工的技术难题,为今后同类型桥面板施工带来新的选择及突破口,具有巨大的潜力,值得广泛推广应用。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the deficiency caused by the traditional pouring method of the deck of the steel-concrete composite bridge, a new type of steel-concrete composite box girder bridge deck is innovatively proposed based on the Cuibao Road Viaduct Project of the eastern transit highway in Shenzhen, and the corresponding new construction technology is put forward to improve the construction efficiency and reduce the impact on the space under the bridge. Through the numerical analysis and calculation, it is proved that the construction period of the new bridge deck is greatly reduced in the actual project, and the impact on the traffic under the bridge is also greatly reduced, which can produce the better comprehensive benefits. The new type of steel-concrete composite box girder bridge deck successfully solves the technical problems of traditional cast-in-place concrete bridge deck construction, and brings new choices and breakthroughs for the construction of the same type of bridge deck in the future. It has the great potential and is worth popularizing and applying widely.
