限高区域道路竖向设计研究——以沈阳恒大文化旅游城为例

Study on Vertical Design of Roads in Height Limit Area for Shenyand Evergrande Cultural Tourism City

摘要:

以沈阳恒大文化旅游城项目为例，在沈阳桃仙机场航空限高影响下，充分保护生态景观、尊重原有地貌、注重生态修复，兼顾业态功能、开发时序、建筑设计方案，提出以土方平衡和经济最优为目标的竖向设计方案，通过深化土方计算，对场地价值、竖向进行评估分析，选定综合效益最佳方案，解决开发过程中航空限高、经济效益问题，并落实雨污管网规划。

Abstract:

Taking Shenyang Evergrande Cultural Tourism City Project as an exmaple, under the influence of aviation height limit in Shenyang Taoxian Airport, the ecological landscape is fully protected, the original landform is respected, the ecological restoration is regarded, and the commercial activity functions, development sequence and architectural design scheme are considered. The vertical design scheme aiming at the earthwork balance and economic optimization is proposed. By deepening the earthwork calculation, the field value and vertical design scheme are evaluated and analyzed. The best scheme with the comprehensive benefit is selected. The problems of aviation height limit and economic benefit are solved. The planning of rainwater and sewage pipeline network is implemented.
