Abstract:At present, with the rapid development of urban construction and the continuous increase of metro operation mileage, the difficulty of rail traffic is getting higher and higher, and the risk of shield starting and receiving is getting larger and larger. Therefore, it is very important to reinforce the soil of tunnel opening. The SMW construction method, high-pressure jet grouting method and deep soil-cement mixing method play the better role in the starting and receiving of shield. More successful cases are accumulated. With the continuous increase of engineering difficulty and complexity lever, in order to ensure the safety of shield starting and to improve the reliability of foundation reinforcement, the freezing method is continuously applied in the foundation reinforcement. The foundation reinforcement technology of "cement system + untubable horizontal freezing" used in the projects is further studied and summarized, which can be referred for the foundation reinforcement of follow-up shield starting and receiving.
