    摘要:

    目前,随着城市建设的高速发展、地铁运营里程的不断增加,轨道交通施工的难度越来越高,盾构始发和接收的风险越来越大。因此,洞门土体加固就显得至关重要。SMW工法、高压喷射注浆法、深层水泥土搅拌法等在盾构的始发和接收中发挥了较好的作用,积累了较多成功的案例。随着工程难度和复杂程度的不断增加,为确保盾构始发的安全、提高地基加固的可靠性,冻结法地基加固不断得到了应用。对工程中采用的“水泥系+免拔管的水平冻结”的地基加固工艺进行深入研究和总结,可以为后续盾构始发和接收地基加固提供参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    At present, with the rapid development of urban construction and the continuous increase of metro operation mileage, the difficulty of rail traffic is getting higher and higher, and the risk of shield starting and receiving is getting larger and larger. Therefore, it is very important to reinforce the soil of tunnel opening. The SMW construction method, high-pressure jet grouting method and deep soil-cement mixing method play the better role in the starting and receiving of shield. More successful cases are accumulated. With the continuous increase of engineering difficulty and complexity lever, in order to ensure the safety of shield starting and to improve the reliability of foundation reinforcement, the freezing method is continuously applied in the foundation reinforcement. The foundation reinforcement technology of "cement system + untubable horizontal freezing" used in the projects is further studied and summarized, which can be referred for the foundation reinforcement of follow-up shield starting and receiving.
